Your Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for an Associate Director of Product to lead product suites that will have real and large-scale impact on people’s health and wellness. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize requests and requirements from multiple internal and external stakeholders, and drive product development through close interaction with engineering, design and other teams.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage a team of product managers, responsible for inspiring, guiding, and mentoring your team
  • Develop and deliver on Innovaccer’s applications products strategy, spearheading key initiatives and driving cross-functional alignment and progress for your respective product suite
  • Communicate product plans, benefits and results to all audiences - within teams, company, to users, etc.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement; leverage analytical tools and customer feedback for insight driven initiatives
  • Maintain a strong culture of data-informed product development. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into essential product decisions
  • Work closely with leadership, sales and marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis and enablement

What You Need

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in product management, including at least 1+ years of leading, mentoring and developing product management teams in a fast-paced tech organization
  • Demonstrated ability to create product vision and also convert ambiguous problem statements to detailed product solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line
  • Proven ability to successfully define and execute complex cross-functional customer value adds end-to-end while maintaining impeccable communication at all levels
  • Excellent customer empathy & customer experience intuition; a track record in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
  • Detail oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues
  • History of outperforming colleagues in the following areas:
    • Resourcefulness – You are able to figure out ways to get things done.
    • Taking Initiative – You go out and do it, without being told. You can take chances, fail, and learn
    • Velocity – You are able to function and complete tasks quickly and at a high level even when things are constantly moving and changing at a fast pace
    • Judgment – While being fast and resourceful, you make smart and ethical decisions
  • Previous experience of or high levels of comfort with working on a team that spans multiple time zones is good to have
  • US healthcare experience will be highly preferred
  • Previous coding experience will be required
