Your Role

We’re looking for a Manager-Partner Success to accelerate our current strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, recommending, and closing strategic business opportunities.

A Day in the Life:

  • Support the management of full partnership cycle from prospecting, on-boarding to ongoing management
  • Research potential partners, identify key players, and generate interest through networks, cold calls, and emails
  • Demo the product and solution suite
  • Liaise with Legal team and prepare proposals, SOWs & contract and for partnership programs & develop partner onboarding plan
  • Maintain ongoing partner relationship
  • Work with Partners to develop sales pipeline
  • Maximize revenue from ​existing partnerships
  • Establish methods and practices to generate new business from each new partner
  • Devise programs for each partnership designed to attract qualified sales leads
  • Provide management with feedback impacting partnership programs.

What You Need:

  • Graduate/ Master’s degree preferred from the recognised school/university.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in partner sales & alliances development experience.
  • Should be comfortable to work in the night shifts (must have)
  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, sales teams, product management and account management teams
  • Great work ethic and proven team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communications skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to prospect new customers through research, networking and cold-calling.
  • Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations
