Your Role

Innovaccer is growing at an exponential rate and so is our partnership portfolio! In this role, your goal is to activate partner relationships to help enhance brand awareness across partner accounts and prospects. This will involve a combination of strategic alignment and creative implementation in collaboration with your manager, partner managers, sales representatives, and various marketing channels and product owners.

A Day in the Life

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship
  • Collaborate with senior management, partnership team and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with existing partner relationships
  • Coordinate and manage partner event, webinars, case studies, sessions to provide training & support to partners and Innovaccer core partnership team
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline the process and create process document for all the marketing activities
  • Support partner events, webinars and manage partner marketing communications.
  • Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners
  • Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

What You Need

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
  • MBA from recognised college in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline.
  • Strong execution and collaboration skills.
  • Must have natural business acumen in order to qualify an opportunity.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

Good to Have:

  • Background in Technology Partnership Marketing will be preferred. 
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS/ Healthcare products in US markets will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal Skills
