YOUR ROLE
We at Innovaccer are looking for a highly motivated Production Operations Engineer-III to join our Production Support team responsible for the availability, uptime, performance, monitoring, and incident response. The Production Support Team works alongside the DevOps team and owns every aspect of service availability as well as disaster recovery and business continuity plans. You would help to accelerate our growth as part of the Production Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to join Innovaccer as we transform and implement Production Support skills for automation for AWS Infra. You'll also be involved in managing the whole team and establishing processes for the team to resolve all the major discrepancies so that the work should be done seamless.
A Day In The Life
- Ensure proper security, monitoring, alerting and reporting for the infrastructure and services.
- Help automate systems for 24x7 monitoring and failure recovery.
- Create visibility by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
- Develop scripts to automate manual efforts and production monitoring
- Continuously in sync with the DevOps to maintain uptime and consistency of the platform with the least amount of downtime.
What You Need
- Strong Knowledge about Configuration Management Tools like - Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to implement best practices.
- Strong command on UNIX/Linux.
- Should have expertise in Jenkins, other Configuration tools etc.
- Extensive experience of working with public cloud technologies, primarily AWS.
