Your Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Cold Calling Quality Analyst (Sr. Associate/AM, Demand Generation) who’ll work hand in hand with Manager - Demand Generation, as well as the upper management of the Marketing team to drive lead generation programs, processes, and systems. Working closely with other teams within the marketing your role will be to execute our enterprise demand generation strategy along with building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, Quality, etc. 


A Day in the Life

  • Responsible to Improve meeting conversion ratio
  • Track calls per day/week
  • Enhance decision maker conversations
  • Help team(s) to get pass the gatekeeper
  • Responsible to improve Voicemail conversion ratio
  • Monitor calls and provide feedback to the callers
  • Create training and certification program for cold callers
  • Must have Capacity To Empathize With Agents
  • Identifying  Agent Training Needs


What You Need

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Create scripts for new products
  • Listen in on outgoing calls to ensure excellent communication and effective Company and  product introduction
  • Train new hires on the importance of following scripts and on best practices during a call
  • Monitor caller's product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure
  • Track performance of individual scripts and caller's
  • Prepare quality reports for demand generation manager
  • Update procedures and scripts based on customer response and changing business needs
