Your Role

Innovaccer is looking for a Director of Partnerships to help drive it’s increasingly successful partnership strategy. Innovaccer has partnerships across Cloud providers, Management Consultants, SI vendors and Healthcare Application Companies.. These relationships are gaining traction and becoming increasingly strategic in nature. We are looking for a deal maker,  strategic sales specialist, and creator of joint solutions with the top Management Consulting companies to drive additional growth, customer mind share and brand awareness for Innovaccer.

A Day in the Life

  • Structuring partnership relationships and driving go to market outcomes across these relationships
  • Creating new initiatives and joint solution development with these partner
  • Liaison effectively with Product Management, Growth Strategy, Sales and Marketing to bring to life these co- developed,  co-built market offerings and define an end to end GTM plan to drive success
  •  Manage the support and implementation of a full partnership cycle from prospecting, on-boarding to   on-going management
  • Research potential partners, identify key players and generate interest through networks
  • Liaise with Legal team and prepare proposals, SOWs & contract and for partnership programs
  • Develop partner onboarding plan.
  • Maintain ongoing partner relationship
  • Maximize revenue from existing partnerships
  • Establish methods and practices to generate new business from each new partner
  • Devise programs for each partnership designed to attract qualified sales leads

What You Need

  • MBA from top B-School or equivalent qualification from a top school
  • 6+ years of experience in Healthcare consulting with a top tier consulting firm
  • Understanding structure and incentive models and GTM for the Management Consulting companies
  • Experience with partner sales and/or alliance development
  • Ability to develop and persuasively lead complex business presentations
  • Experience driving high-level executive relationships with large, and boutique Management Consulting companies
  • Ability to work cross-group both internally and externally to influence key stakeholders to push initiatives forward quickly
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Ability to Implement process and reporting success measurements of partner plans
