Your Role

We are looking for a Sr. Associate- Event Marketing to join the Marketing team at Innovaccer. You will be responsible for planning and strategizing Innovaccer’s participation at conferences in the US.  You will work on researching new events to sponsor and participate in, manage logistics, lead negotiations wherever necessary and coordinate with several teams for driving success from the events.

 

A Day in the Life

  • Manage and create an Annual Conference calendar.
  • Research on healthcare conferences that Innovaccer can participate in with relevant value propositions.
  • Carry out communications internally as well as externally for establishing a relationship with existing partners and vendors in the US.
  • Lead all logistics including virtual and in-person booth setups and other branding opportunities at conferences.
  • Manage negotiations, contract signing and payment logistics with the respective internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the Design, Product Marketing, Content, lead generation and digital marketing to ensure correct messaging, timing and execution of ongoing campaigns across email and web.
  • Extensively coordinate with sales and lead generation teams and enable/train them for our participation at all events.
  • Calculate and analyse ROI from all events and report to senior leadership with plans/strategies for improvements and/or hits and misses.

 

What You Need

  • Intermediate to advanced level of understanding of event planning in a B2B space.
  • Intermediate level project management skills (preferably in managing mid-large scale events)
  • A basic understanding of CRM software like Hubspot is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with several cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines and moonshot goals.
