Your Role

You will be responsible to build and grow the strategic research and account Intelligence functions at Innovaccer, including workflows, operations, budget, and team. That involves laying the foundation of how actionable insights are generated that sales teams can use to be more informed about the customers. You will define the framework of how research should be conducted and your insights and findings will be the basis for day-to-day business decisions.

A Day in the Life

  • Setup Processes to conduct account based intelligence gathering. 
  • Design and manage end-to-end research programs that utilize different methodologies 
  • Design questions, surveys and interview guides for qualitative research and conduct challenging qualitative interviews as required.
  • Perform detailed assessments of key strategic initiatives of clients, as well as factors that would influence buying decisions. 
  • Assess & analyse data and/or information to produce clear & high quality qualitative and quantitative insights which can be used to help inform decision-making.

What You Need

  • Minimum 8-12 years of research experience on account intelligence at Top Venture capital/Private equity or Consulting firms.
  • MBA/Bachelors from a Tier I college in Business ,Strategy or other related discipline
  • You should have strong secondary research skills; well-versed with analysis, storyboarding, Thought leadership and presentation of findings.
  • Advanced knowledge of information sources/databases is highly preferred.
  • You should be able to drive accuracy, timely, and customer-centric generation of insights within the team.
  • Competence in problem-solving, multi-tasking, communication (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Charting solutions is desirable.
