Your Role

Innovaccer is growing at an exponential rate, operating across 5 key markets within the US healthcare ecosystem. We are striving for Operational excellence to help us scale efficiently and effectuate intelligent processes in fast paced environments.

We are looking for a smart, driven Senior Business Analyst to work in the Marketing operations team to define and refine the company's marketing & sales process. You work to improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and promote efficiencies in the marketing processes. You are required to perform data analysis and are capable of using CRM/Project Management tools. You will define new initiatives, execute these projects, and track performance metrics. These projects will span across product, growth strategy, sales, partnerships & marketing teams. The incumbent will be responsible for managing & streamlining the initiatives and processes undertaken by the Marketing Operations team.

A Senior Business Analyst is an individual with a strong desire in learning how a business is run, how the growth is hacked, how data driven decision making is done and how efficient processes are created. You have to be proficient with sound business logic and ability to structure approaches/strategies for adding value in complex business analysis. You’ll be working closely with the Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to devise data-driven strategies and improve process efficiency across Go To Market. The oversight and coordination aspects of the role give it a unique left-to-right view across the business. For this role, you need to be a creative and a quantitative thinker. You will be liaising with department heads and their reportees to discuss the progress on their goals, highlight the deviations, prepare solutions, and monitor progress on next steps.

 

A Day in the Life


● Create, analyze, and optimize marketing & Sales processes.
● Collaborate with Innovaccer Leadership team and cross-functional heads across sales, product, sales support and marketing functions to align strategies and provide Operational support in achieving business goals.
● Provide operations support and reporting to leadership to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements
● Improvement and identifying growth opportunities / threats based on internal and external data sources, market trends and user behavior in an effort to strengthen efficiency and provide strategic direction to the Marketing Team.
● Govern the incentives, budgets & compensations frameworks
● Provide thoughtful and insightful analysis of the monthly and quarterly revenue performance & Opportunity generation with emphasis on underlying business drivers, areas of strategic importance, trending & implications for future results.
● Define and test multiple hypotheses by leveraging Data analytics and Statistical modelling to understand key issues / areas of improvement within a function / category. Key is to process and interpret complex and large volumes of data from different sources and generate results aligned with business objectives
● Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
● Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture

What You Need

● 3+ years of relevant experience in Consulting/Sales Operations roles
● MBA from Tier I college in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline is a plus
● Good handle in SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
● Experience leading, or working with, a multi-faceted marketing & sales organization.
● Extremely comfortable with Data Analysis
● Be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
● Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills across multiple audiences and methods.
● Exceptional Team Management skills
● Understanding of SQLs/Tableau/Python/BI Tools is a plus
