We are looking for Immigration Consultant to join the People Operations team. ou will work with Innovaccer’s People Operations team to drive immigration & US HR Operation for the company.
A Day in the Life
⦁ Consulting and talking to Candidates, assisting them through the process.
⦁ Analyze and Prepare necessary reports in order to check the eligibility and skills of the candidate.
⦁ Liaise between Candidate and Immigration Lawyer through the Core legal team as per the profiles.
⦁ Demonstrate advanced process knowledge through the training and on the task at hand.
⦁ Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures.
⦁ Make business calls and consult over the call as per the inquiry forms filled by candidates.
⦁ Describe the process and explain their benefits probable employee
⦁ Communicate with candidates in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs.
⦁ Stay up to date with the market, immigration news.
What You Need
⦁ 3- 6 years of experience in US Visa / Immigration
⦁ Good verbal and written business English communication skills.
⦁ Onboarding / ER Experience (Good to have)
⦁ Stakeholder management / Compliances
⦁ Excellent Excel Sheet Knowledge
⦁ The ability to work in a team.
⦁ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
⦁ Hands On Google Suite Experience ( i.e Gmail, Chat, Meet, Calendar; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
