Your Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist II for the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success lines of business at Innovaccer. This senior specialist will assist in building the corporate enablement team and drive the most amazing learning experiences for our employees. You’ll get to work closely with other enablement team members to ensure  Innovaccer has a world-class onboarding and continuous learning environment that enables our staff to thrive and grow market share. 

A Day in the Life

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and company leadership to develop effective and engaging enablement plans 
  • As a Sales Enablement specialist, you’ll be setting up new systems and helping to maintain  current education technology systems
  • Curate and manage multimedia learning content on an ongoing basis 
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for rapid growth 
  • Assist in the management of enablement certification programs, including creation and tracking of assessments and other certification requirements 
  • Communicate effectively, and with intention, compassion and kindness  
  • Celebrate our internal and external customers, always aiming for delightful interactions

What You Need

  • Enablement experience in sales (preferably), and/or experience in  marketing, and/or technology enablement 
  • Bachelor’s degree  is a prerequisite 
  • Experience and/or a genuine interest in the Healthcare industry is required 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Ability to self manage, focus, and prioritize under stressful conditions
  • Skilled at using social media channels  
  • Participation in community interest forums, special projects, personal hobbies, etc. within this field considered a plus
