Your Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Sales Engineer, a key role within the Marketing & Partnerships team at Innovaccer. This role will be aligned & work directly with the Associate Manager, Marketing & Partnerships to ramp up  the Sales Engineering efforts.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist Solutions Consultant in responding to RFPs, RFIs and create SOWs, proposals in line with customer requirements.
  • Partner with sales to understand client problems and demonstrate how Innovaccer products can help them solve these problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful presentations and develop solution proposals for some of the most complex healthcare problems in the US
  • Constantly communicate with product development and delivery teams to stay abreast of the rapidly changing platform and enable the sales team to bring that knowledge to clients.
  • Develop collaterals (Innovaccer product information, customer use cases, competitor analysis, strength/weakness assessment etc.) to support the sales process.
  • Conduct secondary market research for analyzing Innovaccer’s competitor landscape in regards to product offerings.
  • Assist in sales enablement and conducting internal training for capacity building on new product functionalities

What You Need

  • 1-4 years of experience in Presales
  • Understanding of US Healthcare (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Confident presentation and demonstration ability
  • Rich understanding of data system architectures
  • Self-motivated learner
  • Ability to work with a close team under tight deadlines
  • Good at problem-solving and structuring complex concepts in an easy to understand format
