The Enterprise Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding data strategy, platform positioning, and digital transformation vision for our customers. The Enterprise Solution Architect provides architecture frameworks and visuals and custom solution guidance to enable the customers’ right solution. The Enterprise Solution Architect will also guide marketing on designing outreach programs and work with the product on developing the platform roadmap. Your work will focus on 4 key areas:
a) collaboration with the sales and partnership teams team to define our strategy and approach to win Innovaccer’s largest and most complex deals
b) define and execute the strategies to drive exponential growth for the organization
c) collaboration with the customer success team to structure and execute our expansion strategy at existing customers, and
d) define the solution architecture to address a customer’s need, adapting Innovaccer solutions to the client’s environment
Drive large and complex high-priority technology/platform deals. Quickly develop a solution on client's pain points, layout architecture diagrams, and map data needs and strategy; work collaboratively with the product, sales, marketing, and external partners to design solutions. Drive analytics and research, and build a pitch deck; develop Business cases/ROI to support deal progression/closure. Support Clinical workflow/operations (most important) and Business (second most important) conversations for assigned accounts. Demonstrate Innovaccer products and architecture, have discussions about Innovaccer solutions with clients Be the technology face of Innovaccer to the customer on our most critical deals Coordinate end-to-end what’s needed for those deals - all Content/Collateral Building - PPT's, Proposals, Nurture Materials, etc. Take ownership of internal follow-ups associated with assigned deals. Collaborate with other Innovaccer teams such as product, implementation, delivery, and colleagues from SME to develop engaging proposals, presentations, and RFP response
