In 2019, Carlos was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He obtained his Engineering degree at the Polytechnic University in Madrid, Spain with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering at the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Innovaccer, he was an Associate Director at Navigant where he was leading delivery and business development of projects to providers, primarily focusing on the following issues: enterprise strategy, value-based care strategy, facilities strategy, financial planning, mergers & acquisitions, and digital health. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University– Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
