Mike has more than 25 years of CTO and CIO leadership experience with Fortune 500 organizations, including Kaiser Permanente, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Koch Industries, Sybase and General Electric. Most recently, he served as CTO & Senior Vice President at Kaiser Permanente where he led initiatives on analytics, cloud capabilities, data storage, and mobile technologies for the company. He also served as the CTO and deputy CIO within the U.S. government, where he was recognized for exemplary leadership and service. Throughout his career, he has driven technology innovation by architecting modernized, profitable enterprise-wide systems, ensuring compliance for data integration, and reducing IT costs through the standardization and application of tools. Mike holds an MBA in information systems from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Iowa State University.

As former Vice President Sales, Payer & Life Sciences (Now Veradigm), John drove significant division growth, creating new client relationships with the largest U.S. Health Plans and Pharmaceutical companies. Throughout his career, John has had an impeccable record of boosting revenue growth, uncovering new business deals and partnership opportunities in the companies he has worked. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Managing Director Risk Adjustment Operations at Advantasure

Greg Pastor is Managing Director of Risk Adjustment Operations for Advantasure. Under his leadership, 350+ risk adjustment professionals drive client execution, customer value, and optimize plan revenue through a suite of risk adjustment services such as retrospective medical record retrieval and review, the industry leading prospective Provider Engagement Coordination (PEC) program, in home assessment services, as well as analytic insights for clients. This teams optimizes documentation accuracy for 1,400,000 Medicare Advantage and Affordable Care Act members and $7Bn in risk adjusted revenue. In 2020, Advantasure launched it’s next generation Provider Engagement Coordination (PEC) program that further integrates Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Alerts into the workflow and process of provider Electronic Medical Record systems. Pastor had previous served as Advantasure’s Regional General Manager for the New York market where his team was responsible for driving value for three health plan clients via 41 field operations staff delivering prospective and retrospective Medicare Advantage solutions on behalf of 120,000 lives under management. Prior to joining Advantasure in 2016, Pastor spent 19 years supporting value creation in a variety of roles at Aetna, Inc. As Director of Revenue Strategy for Aetna’s Medicare Business Segment Pastor’s team optimized program interventions that improved condition documentation generating $450M of incremental revenue and managing risk adjustment vendor model with $55M in annual spending. Pastor also held a variety of market and client facing roles in the US and UK driving advancements in the management of populations, resulting in improvements in the cost and quality of care. Pastor has his Master of Public Policy Degree from The College of William & Mary as well as BA Degrees in Economics and Politic Science from the University of Colorado – Boulder.
