About the Webinar

References to a “post-pandemic” period of healthcare have evolved into discussions about preparing for a “new normal,” where care delivery is managed according to the needs of local populations in response to regional health and economic-related crises. Success in the new normal depends on many factors, with stakeholder collaboration and unified data platforms for multi-stakeholder collaboration topping the list. In this new era of healthcare, patients, payers, providers, and community leaders are held accountable for health outcomes. All must collaborate, coordinate, and make intentional decisions for the population to thrive. What role does technology play? How do we connect all of the critical stakeholders across today’s siloed systems of care delivery and payment?

Join this exclusive webinar with industry giants Manish Vipani, Former Vice President & Chief Architect-Information Management, Kaiser Permanente, Mike Sutten, Chief Technology Officer, Innovaccer, Inc., and Paul Grundy, MD, Chief Transformation Officer, Innovaccer, Inc., to hear how we can achieve new outcomes in the new normal of the healthcare industry.

You will learn

  • Why do complex systems of disconnected data still exist?
  • Why is access to data across the continuum of care so important?
  • How does the “democratization” of data and information impact performance in value-based care programs?
  • What technologies are aiding healthcare delivery now and what will outlast the pandemic?
  • How has the role of primary care evolved in the last 10 years?
  • Why has interoperability failed for so many years? How can we get beyond these failures?
  • What lessons can we take to improve our patient engagement facilities from other nations such as Denmark?
  • How AI and ML assist organizations in leveraging their data and creating the efficiencies necessary to drive value?
  • How are health systems changing the way they conduct their administrative, clinical, and financial operations?
