About the Session

Healthcare is changing faster than ever before due to rising patient expectations, the shift to value-based care, and evolving regulatory changes. However, the inability to follow patients' needs across multiple care settings is due, in part, to a lack of unified patient records that could be used to better understand patients' medical history and view their network in the most comprehensible manner possible. In addition, fragmented patient information and a lack of actionable insights into population health lead to a high administrative burden on care managers. Using an outcome-driven system to leverage data can enable care managers to collaborate on tasks to improve productivity and ensure seamless care delivery.

Join this fireside chat with Bradley J. Hunter, Research Director, Value-Based Care at KLAS Research, and Dr. David Nace, Chief Medical Officer, Innovaccer Inc., on August 10, 2021, 11:00 AM–11:20 AM PST at the Value of Healthcare Pavilion in Caesars Forum during HIMSS’21 conference, as they explore the strategies to build the future of health.
