Innovaccer Receives an Overall Score of 92.8* for Population Health Management in KLAS’ 2018 Population Health Management Part 1 Report

Innovaccer Inc., the San Francisco-based healthcare data platform company, has received an overall score of 92.8* in KLAS Research’s Performance Report for Population Health Management for 2018. Innovaccer was given this score for meeting customer promises, proactive service, quality of implementation, delivery of new technology, and overall satisfaction.

The report, entitled, “Population Health Management, 2018 Part 1” was based on interviews with multiple healthcare organizations leveraging various technologies for population health management. Healthcare leaders rely on the KLAS report to shape their decisions and improve the quality of care delivered to their patients while meeting their value-based objectives. The awarded scores are a reflection on vendors’ ability to enhance end-user experience and engage patients in care effectively.

Outstanding technology and integration capabilities

Customers also highlighted that Innovaccer’s Healthcare Data Platform has the capability to support integration goals in evolving value-based healthcare. Additionally, Innovaccer received above average scores* in major subcategories such as the delivery of new technology, overall product quality, ease of use, and the quality of implementation provided.

In the words of a CEO/President interviewed, “One key thing about Innovaccer is that they listen to what customers say. They are trying to get [their product] to the end users and make it work for physicians and nurses. They want it to save time and be effective at improving the quality of care. Helping customers take moonshots

When asked the customers, Innovaccer was found to “keep all promises” made to them. According to the report, “Innovaccer’s tools are stable and capable of pulling in the data customers need. Innovaccer’s resources are described as highly knowledgeable and as providing consistent relationships. All of this leads customers to view Innovaccer as providing strong partnerships.”

Scores were also given to the healthcare data platform company for the extent of vendor executive involvement and the quality of support they offer. Findings in the report include*:

  • On a 100-point scale, Innovaccer’s overall performance score is 92.8.
  • Innovaccer’s ratings for proactive service, delivery of new technology, and overall product quality were 8.0, 8.4, and 8.2 respectively.
  • The scores for ease of use, quality of implementation, executive involvement were also highest for Innovaccer, being 7.9, 8.3, and 8.9 respectively.
