KLAS Research polled 500 C-level executives, directors and managers from hospitals and clinics about their experiences with population health management vendors for its report. The research firm sought to assess whether these vendors successfully partner with healthcare organizations to help guide their population health strategy and value-based reimbursement contracting efforts.
"When it comes to achieving success with population health management, good technology is not enough," the report reads. "Vendor partnering and guidance are the X factors provider organizations need to drive success with their value-based reimbursement strategies."
The report also provided data on six other vendors: Innovaccer (92.8), Forward Health Group (87.8), Medecision (83.1), NextGen Healthcare (79.8), GSI Health (73.6) and eClinicalWorks (71.7). However, KLAS Research noted the limited number of respondents using these products in its sample hindered the firm from generalizing the findings.
