With Innovaccer's CRM system, we were given an implementation specialist who was really assertive. We actually had sunsetted a certain system earlier, and I didn't want to keep one of my providers waiting too long before transitioning to a new care management tool. Innovaccer was willing to work with me and a certain request I had, and they gave us a project manager who really knocked the implementation out of the park. They came up with a multiweek plan and got our provider group engaged in the platform. So they showed a lot of urgency, and we got really good adoption from that provider group as a result. So that implementation went really well.

Innovaccer has been a great partner in allowing us to wrangle and work with a variety of different data sources. The pro is that we feel like we can throw data at the vendor, and they will ask a lot of good questions. They really want to understand the data and how to model it.
