Collaboration between payers and providers is becoming more complex as value-based models become increasingly popular. Payers are struggling to build high-performing provider networks with legacy applications, and siloed technology for single-business use cases often leads to higher costs and lower efficiency for large organizations. Healthcare organizations need to improve provider network management and contracting to reduce care costs and make healthcare more accessible. However, many lack the necessary technology to accomplish that. To create a “single source of provider truth” for provider network management, networks need to deploy an integrated, modular, and flexible platform driven by centralized data and analytics.
