The 6th Annual Population Health Payer Plan Innovations for Medicaid, Medicare & Duals took place virtually in May. This conference is the only event designed exclusively for payers and delivers cutting-edge tools and strategies to operationalize SDoH for new VBCmodels. More than 20 top health plan leaders shared best practices and case studies focused on data, analytics, and technology; integrating SDoH, behavioral health, and health equity; and building partnerships with communities and providers.

NAACOS held its spring conference virtually in April, featuring leading ACO experts and CMS officials. Experts from Innovaccer discussed current ACO challenges and presented a report on the views of 3,000 VBC leaders.

At the 2021 Population Health Management Forum For Payers & Providers, industry leaders connected to identify best practices and strategies to address the challenges of improving and maintaining a healthy population while reducing healthcare spending.

As Senior Director of Health Outcomes, Dr. Shobha Phansalkar will lead Innovaccer’s clinical research to identify the health outcomes associated with Innovaccer’s solutions. An internationally recognized expert in clinical decision support, Dr. Phansalkar has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She has led research for the National Institutes of Health, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.

As Senior Director of Value Engineering, Daniel William Roberts will implement best practices to enhance the VBC offering on the Innovaccer Health Cloud. He’ll help customers drive value in their operations, bringing more than 15 years of clinical leadership experience and deep knowledge of complex healthcare systems, contract negotiations, and aligning patient outcomes with financial models critical to VBC.
