One of the largest and most successful independent multispecialty physician groups in Illinois has grown exponentially since its formation in 1999. The system has more than 100 locations and 700 primary care and specialty physicians. Its physician-governed board works to improve patient outcomes and provider performance, manage at-risk populations, reduce healthcare expenses, and increase patient access to care. With more than 2 million patient visits annually, the network manages massive amounts of data. The availability and management of this data are key to enhancing the physical well-being of patients by providing the highest-quality medical care possible. When transitioning to a new electronic medical record (EMR) platform, the organization consolidated its technology using Innovaccer’s Data Archival solution.
