The Primary Care Collaborative's 2024 Evidence Report examines primary care-centric ACOs, defined by having 50% or more primary care physicians and high evaluation and management visits by primary care. Using both quantitative and qualitative analyses, the report demonstrates how these organizations consistently outperform other ACOs.
