Making our customers superheroes is a core value at Innovaccer. As we grow, customer satisfaction continues to be the most important goal driving our mission and over the last few months, we conducted several user surveys and received some great recommendations on how to make our care management application, InCare, smarter, more intuitive and user-friendly. Below are some upcoming updates, and we always look forward to hearing ways to help care managers deliver better outcomes more productively. Here's what's new:
Care Protocols 2.0
Remember Anne Hathaway before and after she becomes a princess in the Princess Diaries movie? That’s exactly what has happened to our care protocols. They have gotten a makeover!
Care protocols are going to be much more readable and 500% faster to load. And, all the work you’ve completed will be auto-saved so you won't have to worry about losing your progress, ever!
Dynamic Patient 360
Users told us how time-consuming it was to switch between the clinical data (P360), care protocols, and personal information section for each patient. We think you’ll like Dynamic P360.
Dynamic P360 shows patient and clinical data relevant to each care protocol on a single screen. So if you are working on a TCM care protocol, Dynamic P360 will show you a patient's information tailored for preventing readmission.
Not just that, you will now be able to view a patient's personal information on the care protocol screen, without an extra click, and you can update that information as needed.
Productivity insights on Worklist
Your Worklist will now show a Personalized Productivity Dashboard that will showcase the amount of work that you accomplish in any specified timeframe (day, week, month, etc.).
Apart from showing you’re assigned vs. completed workload, we will show your overall activity distribution so you know the extent of work that you have accomplished in a specific time period, your patient outreach success rate based on care protocol data and the number of hours you have spent impacting the lives of your patients.
