About 66% of the respondents in a survey listed analytics as one of their top three priorities and 59% of them were driven by the rising costs and falling quality in healthcare. But this journey has major speed bumps along its way and finding the tool most suited to overcome rising number of silos, further establishing interoperability, and delivering better clinical outcomes in the ever-changing healthcare landscape was must.

The way we see healthcare today is very different from what it was a couple of decades ago. Back then, we did not have the technology to capture the best practices. But, today we have the capability to use medical data as a source of innovation and create impact at scale. But the question is are we capitalizing on it? Healthcare organizations are now looking to simplify the process and aiming to fulfill the needs and pooling in all the resources into a single interface.

Physicians have been instrumental to the healthcare industry; and from their perspective, healthcare is changing rapidly. With several new legislations and continued technological developments might have confused providers. The transition to value-based care is a significant one for healthcare, and cannot be achieved successfully if physicians face such issues.

Patients now have autonomy on the choices of services their providers give them and healthcare systems find themselves in a competitive environment with patient satisfaction being the priority, followed by sustaining their growth. And true, the healthcare system is making huge leaps, there are still some things that U.S. can learn from its counterparts:
