Innovaccer Risk Analytics Acknowledged in the KLAS 2025 Report

Innovaccer Risk Analytics has been great for our risk adjustment efforts. From my end, the solution helps provide insights into our coders' workflows, and it helps us interact with physicians regarding their notes. The solution helps us identify gaps in our ability to catch risks before they become major challenges. Overall it is a great tool. Innovacer is a great partner, and they are always developing new technology that meets our needs. Risk was one area that we did not originally focus on, but it was introduced as an area of opportunity for us. We saw that focusing on risk could really make a difference, so we grew our relationship with Innovaccer. They really seem like they are here to help and not just to sell us another thing.

The way that I would say Innovaccer implements relative to a full stack EMR is all fast; so that is nice. They gave us a project manager, and they have a dedicated technical implementation lead. One is managing the day-to-day operations and seeing whether we are hitting milestones and timelines. The other one is in charge of what is actually happening behind the scenes and connecting the dots between product teams and data teams; they have more of a technical perspective. I like that approach, and it hasn't taken years to do. It doesn't require 50 or 100 people to do it. We had a great experience with our counterparts on the Innovaccer side.

Innovaccer Risk Analytics is more about the opportunity for our providers to assess all of the potential coding gaps and suspecting codes that should be assessed and addressed at the point of care. From an analytics standpoint, we can certainly go and see on the back end how we are performing. The most powerful piece of their tool is the InNote solution, which is at the point of care
