We are a collaborative office-based team operating Monday through Friday in India and the UAE. In the USA, our offices are located in San Francisco and Plano. Additionally, we offer some remote positions beyond these locations.

Which is the salary date at Innovaccer?

India & UAE: You can always count on receiving your salary on the last working day of each month! USA: Salaries are credited bi-monthly.

What facilities are available for recreational activities?

We’ve got plenty to help you unwind! From TT, foosball, chess, and jigsaw puzzles to a cozy wellness room with massage chairs where you can relax and recharge, there’s something for everyone.

Do you organise any kind of sports event?

Absolutely! We have a dedicated Ministry of Fun through which we plan year-round activities, including sports. We regularly host tournaments and matches, such as football and cricket, to maintain high team spirit and keep the energy vibrant.

Do you provide parking facilities to employees?

Yes, we offer parking facilities for employees at our office locations.

Do you have an open floor sitting arrangement or its cabin kind of arrangement?

We follow an open floor seating layout to encourage collaboration, creativity, and seamless brainstorming across teams, no walls, no barriers, just ideas flowing freely!

What is the scope of switching roles internally?

We have a well-structured Internal Job Posting (IJP) process that enables employees to explore new roles and opportunities within Innovaccer. You just need to have completed one year in your current role to be eligible.
