James Truslow in his famous book “Epic of America” introduced a concept which is today the national ethos of the USA. The ‘American dream’, where every American has an equal opportunity for everything! But are all Americans getting a chance to live that dream? How far is the reality from it? Are we getting any closer to it? The efforts we are putting today, are they sufficient?

Imagine having no access to news. No communication means with the outside world. Living your life on what your locals tell you. There is an outbreak of a fatal disease in a state and you’ve no way of knowing that! You plan a trip there and you go because your local sources were as unaware as you are. You reach there only to get sick. There is nothing you can do about it, but think of all the ‘Ifs’ that could have been possible. If you would’ve known or if you had a means to know and what not!

In the last edition, we discussed the challenges ACOs face and that the solution wasn’t spending more money. An ACO that does not use robust and resonant technologies is like a car without engines. It will barely work, the ride won’t be comfortable for either the rider or the companion and there is no guarantee they’ll make it to the destination.
